यदि कोई सरकार कुछ करना
चाहती है, तो वह क्या नहीं कर सकती?

Today I am writing this email because in today's era of social media, no
subject can remain hidden from the people of the country for long. All types of
people live in the same public, whether they are from the ruling party or the
opposition, some are neutral and some even vote for NOTA. But one thing
definitely comes out from this discussion that people sitting in high positions
know everything, they deliberately do stupid things or harass people etc.
आज मैं यह ईमेल इसलिए
लिख रहा हूं क्योंकि सोशल मीडिया के इस युग में कोई भी विषय देश की जनता से लंबे समय
तक छिपा नहीं रह सकता। एक ही
सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र में सभी प्रकार के लोग रहते हैं, चाहे वे सत्ताधारी पार्टी के हों
या विपक्ष के, कुछ तटस्थ होते हैं और कुछ तो NOTA के लिए वोट भी देते हैं।
लेकिन
इस चर्चा से एक बात निश्चित रूप से सामने आती है कि उच्च पदों पर बैठे लोग सब कुछ जानते
हैं, वे जानबूझकर मूर्खतापूर्ण काम करते हैं या लोगों को परेशान करते हैं आदि।

am compelled to write to the Honorable Sir because I too belong to the same
background organization with which you are associated, RSS.
मुझे माननीय महोदय को पत्र लिखने के लिए विवश होना पड़ा क्योंकि
मैं भी उसी पृष्ठभूमि संगठन से संबंधित हूं जिससे आप जुड़े हुए हैं, यानी आरएसएस।
I
don't think you have any information about the kind of work that is being done
on the ground. Because the society which we consider as BHAGWAN and follow, if
this is the condition of the society during the rule of those who give up
living with the family and adopt the purnkalik system, then it is strange to
think that why does anyone sacrifice for anyone when there has been no
substantial change in the system.
मुझे नहीं लगता कि आपको
इस बात की कोई जानकारी है कि जमीनी स्तर पर किस तरह का काम किया जा रहा है।

जिस समाज को हम भगवान मानते हैं और जिसका अनुसरण करते हैं, यदि परिवार के साथ रहना
त्यागकर पूर्णकालिक व्यवस्था अपनाने वालों के शासनकाल में समाज की यह स्थिति है, तो
यह सोचना विचित्र है कि जब व्यवस्था में कोई ठोस परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ है तो कोई किसी
के लिए त्याग क्यों करे।

मन्नीय महोदय, आज मैं आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूँ कि हनुमान/पृथ्वीराज
को याद दिलाने के लिए, मैं आपके समक्ष जाम्बवंत/चंद्रवरदाई की भूमिका में एक लेख प्रस्तुत
कर रहा हूँ। यदि
माननीय महोदय की ओर से कोई संकेत मिलता है तो पत्राचार जारी रहेगा अन्यथा मैं माननीय
महोदय को परेशान नहीं करूंगा।
Honorable Sir, I would like to draw your
attention to the fact that what is presented to you is not happening on the
ground and what is reality
.माननीय महोदय, मैं आपका ध्यान इस तथ्य की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता
हूँ कि जो कुछ आपके समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है वह वास्तविकता से भिन्न है।

The public is in a bad condition due to the chaos of general documents,
daily due to some document or the other the pension is cut without any notice,
when someone goes to the office the officer is on leave, even if he gets the
letter he does not get it from the preference because he tells about his busy
schedule and says only one thing that the governments have kept him entangled
in the papers.
My opinion - Can one document/one number be
issued in place of all types of documents which can be used for all purposes
like bank, school, hospital, address proof, vote, license etc. Card/number will
be Unique Individual Card -UIC will be same but its number will tell
whether it is valid at that place or not. You have a smart team, you can get
more information on this.
आम दस्तावेजों की अव्यवस्था
के कारण जनता की हालत खराब है; रोजाना किसी न किसी दस्तावेज के कारण बिना किसी सूचना
के पेंशन काट ली जाती है; जब कोई कार्यालय जाता है तो अधिकारी छुट्टी पर होता है; और
अगर उसे पत्र मिलता भी है तो उसे प्राथमिकता के आधार पर नहीं दिया जाता क्योंकि वह
अपने व्यस्त कार्यक्रम का हवाला देता है और कहता है कि सरकार ने उसे कागजी कार्रवाई
में उलझा रखा है।
मेरी राय में - क्या एक
ही दस्तावेज़/एक ही नंबर जारी किया जा सकता है जो सभी प्रकार के दस्तावेज़ों की जगह
ले सके और जिसका उपयोग बैंक, स्कूल, अस्पताल, पता प्रमाण, वोट, लाइसेंस आदि जैसे सभी
उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जा सके? कार्ड/नंबर अद्वितीय होगा, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का कार्ड/नंबर
एक ही होगा, यूआईसी समान होगा, लेकिन उसका नंबर यह बताएगा कि वह उस स्थान पर मान्य
है या नहीं। आपकी टीम कुशल है, आप इस बारे में और जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
2. Addiction: Honorable Sir, we have made laws
and also created separate fast track courts for addiction but it has not made
any difference to the society. Because the drug dealer also knows that no
matter how much material is seized, his business will continue because these
people form groups and even if they get a long sentence, they stay in jail for
a few months and keep coming in and out by giving some reason or the other and
taking bail as per the turn.
My Opinion: A good solution is a non-bailable
sentence with a long sentence or even death. To encourage community
cooperation, keep the police anonymous and offer a substantial reward for
anyone providing information.
Many times, the police know everything, but what
can they do without witnesses because the public is not cooperating, and the
police also face difficulties in proceeding. You have a smart team; you can
find out more information on this.
Because addiction is the biggest problem, it
causes domestic violence, accidents, fights, conversions, riots, theft, murder
and many more.
नशाखोरी: माननीय महोदय,
हमने नशाखोरी के लिए कानून बनाए हैं और अलग से त्वरित अदालतें भी स्थापित की हैं, लेकिन
इससे समाज में कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा है, क्योंकि ड्रग डीलर भी जानता है कि चाहे कितनी भी सामग्री जब्त
हो जाए, उसका धंधा चलता रहेगा क्योंकि ये लोग गिरोह बनाते हैं और भले ही उन्हें लंबी
सजा मिले, वे कुछ महीनों के लिए जेल में रहते हैं और कोई न कोई बहाना बनाकर बारी-बारी
से जमानत लेते हुए अंदर-बाहर आते-जाते रहते हैं।
मेरी राय: एक अच्छा समाधान
यह है कि गैर-जमानत
देने की सजा दी जाए, जिसमें लंबी अवधि की सजा या यहां तक कि मृत्युदंड भी
शामिल हो। समुदाय के सहयोग को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए, पुलिस की पहचान गुप्त रखी जाए
और सूचना देने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को पर्याप्त इनाम दिया जाए।
कई बार पुलिस को सब कुछ
पता होता है, लेकिन गवाहों के बिना वे क्या कर सकते हैं, क्योंकि जनता सहयोग नहीं कर
रही है और पुलिस को कार्यवाही में भी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। आपकी टीम
कुशल है; आप इस बारे में और अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
क्योंकि नशाखोरी सबसे
बड़ी समस्या है, यह घरेलू हिंसा, दुर्घटनाओं, झगड़ों, धर्म परिवर्तन, दंगों, चोरी,
हत्या और कई अन्य समस्याओं का कारण बनती है।
3. Social media has given rise to many
influencers who generate money by creating fake content, misleading society,
but they don't cross the line. A man named Dhruv Rathi, from Rohtak, Haryana,
who lives in Germany, has a very selective approach. People send his clips, and
the stories he spreads cause significant harm.
My opinion - It will take some time but if
someone spreads wrong news then a message warning should be sent to his medium
account on which he has posted the news, on which he should be demanded for
facts, if the content sent is completely wrong then he should also be asked to
post an apology, rest respected Sir, you have a smart team, you can get more
information on this.
सोशल मीडिया ने कई ऐसे
इन्फ्लुएंसरों को जन्म दिया है जो फर्जी सामग्री बनाकर, समाज को गुमराह करके पैसा कमाते
हैं, लेकिन वे सीमा पार नहीं करते। जर्मनी में रहने वाले हरियाणा के रोहतक निवासी ध्रुव
राठी का दृष्टिकोण बहुत ही चुनिंदा है। लोग उनकी क्लिप भेजते हैं और उनके द्वारा फैलाई
गई कहानियां काफी नुकसान पहुंचाती हैं।
मेरी राय - इसमें थोड़ा
समय लगेगा, लेकिन अगर कोई गलत खबर फैलाता है तो उसके मीडियम अकाउंट पर चेतावनी संदेश
भेजा जाना चाहिए, जिस पर उसने खबर पोस्ट की है, और उससे तथ्यों की मांग की जानी चाहिए।
अगर भेजी गई सामग्री पूरी तरह से गलत है तो उसे माफीनामा पोस्ट करने के लिए भी कहा
जाना चाहिए। बाकी, महोदय, आपके पास एक कुशल टीम है, आप इस बारे में और जानकारी प्राप्त
कर सकते हैं।
Hon'ble Sir, I want to draw your attention to the
fact that if the tree is growing and the disease is spreading, the roots should
be cut, not the trunk. I agree that cutting the roots will require effort and
expense, but ultimately, it's better to suffer repeated regrets than a costly
one.

इस ओर दिलाना चाहता हूँ कि यदि वृक्ष बढ़ रहा है और रोग फैल रहा है, तो जड़ को काटना
चाहिए, न कि तने को। मैं मानता हूँ कि जड़ काटने में मेहनत और खर्च लगेगा, लेकिन अंततः
एक बार महंगा पछताने के बजाय बार-बार सस्ता पछताना ही पड़ेगा।
